The-Host Property Management System offers the following features with regards to Debtors.

	Easy transferring to most accounting systems or use the in-built debtors system.
	Provides an adapted debtor’s ledger. (City Ledger).
	Allows guests to sign for their bill at check-out time and transfer it to debtors account.
	General invoice function for any invoice that is not a guest account i.e. not linked to accommodation units.
	Allows the option of treating a conference account as a debtor.
	Allows for consolodation of many guest accounts (group) to one debtor.
	Reprint copy invoices that were signed guest account, via guest history.
